What Happens When You Fall Off Your Routine and Gain Weight

This week I’m talking about what really happens when you get off your routine and even see the scale go up. After a busy week of travel and a heavy call schedule, I found myself completely out of my normal rhythm, and I noticed not just the physical change but the mental shift that followed. There was that familiar feeling of being behind, slightly out of control, and the urge to fix everything quickly. This is something I see all the time with my clients. In this episode, I walk through why this experience is completely normal, why a small increase on the scale does not mean you have failed or lost your progress, and why the real work is in how you respond in that moment.
