I began listening to my body, not judging it.

I learned to eat foods that gave me energy—not guilt.

And I started changing the way I thought about food, hunger, and self-worth.

Today, not only has the weight come off and stayed off—I feel free in my body. And that’s the kind of transformation I now help other women create.
